Becoming a Better Faster Biz! (BFB) Partner is a mutual longer-term commitment with the purpose of creating extraordinary value.

We know that becoming a BFB Partner is not suitable for every sales trainer or coach and like before any other longer-term commitment, it's important to check each other out first. So expect a thorough mutual discovery process before we get started.

But here is why you might want to consider becoming a BFB Partner:

*) Two sessions per month (2*1hr)

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

There are some basic qualifications and other essentials you'll need to bring to the table in order to be even considered to become a partner:

• Experienced in front-line sales (min. 5 years)
• Basic experience in sales training and/or coaching (min. 2 years)
• Enjoying not only developing sales people, but walking the talk, i.e. enjoying selling as well
• Having a mindset of mutual care - not self-sacrificing but also not selfish

BFB's approach requires its facilitators to master essential coaching mindset, skills and processes. If you never got any dedicated coach education, and if everything else is in order - let's talk anyway. We might be able to help you get this qualification at reasonable cost.

Besides the conditions above, we are very transparent with other commitments we expect from our BFB Partners:

• Monthly membership fee to access all the above benefits including mentoring/coaching: 90 USD
  (Since we are just starting out, we offer the first 5 BFB Partners a 6-months waiver on their monthly membership fee)
• Deal share: since you will be supported for each deal with sales support and certification on the materials for the program, you will share 20% of the revenues with BFB^**)
• Exclusivity: any sales training/coaching/facilitation/assessment kind of work will be promoted and conducted only under the BFB Brand Label
• For the use of any assessments and digital micro-learning related to BFB's type of programs, you will exclusively use BFB's platforms (if sold separate from training/coaching programs, a moderate platform charge will apply instead of revenue sharing)
